At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at LB Insolvency Solutions Limited, Swift House, Ground Floor, 18 Hoffmanns Way, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1GU on 8 May 2017, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Dix of LB Insolvency Solutions Limited, Swift House, Ground Floor, 18 Hoffmanns Way, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1GU, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.
