Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 7 February 2022, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sean Bucknall (IP No. 18030) and Maxine Reid-Roberts (IP No. 11492) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, BN1 4EA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them."
