"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Graham Bushby (IP No. 8736) and Nick Edwards (IP No. 9005) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, The Pinnacle, 170 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1BP be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis."
