NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that the Joint Administrators intend to declare first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company within two months of the last date for proving being 28 January 2022.

Creditors who have not yet proved, must send their proof of debt (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to the Joint Administrators at Business Restructuring, BDO LLP, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, Liverpool, L2 5RH or to BRCMTNorthandScotland@bdo.co.uk by the last date for proving.

Should you fail to submit your claim by the last date for proving you will be excluded from the benefit of the dividend.
