"That the Companies be wound up voluntarily and that Samantha Jane Keen (IP No. 9250) and Richard Barker (IP No. 17150) both of Ernst & Young LLP, 1 More London Place, London, SE1 2AF be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the windings up."
