Notice is given that following resolutions were duly passed on 6 April 2021, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily".

2. "That Stratford Hamilton and Samuel Talby of SKSi, Unit 1, First Floor, Brook Business Centre, Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge, UB8 2FX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposed of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately".
