A Petition to wind up the above-named company of LEWIS CATERING (MIDLANDS) LIMITED (10458388) whose registered office is 59-61 Charlotte Street, St Pauls Square, Birmingham B3 1PX whose nature of business is 46310 –Wholesale of fruit and vegetable presented on 12th January 2022 by VAN GEEST INTERNATIONAL B.V. (A Company incorporated under the laws of Netherlands) of Jogchem Van Der Houtweg 41, 2678 Ha De Lier, Netherlands claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts England & Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 23 February 2022 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
