"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Charles Ranby-Gorwood (IP No. 9129) of CRG Insolvency & Financial Recovery, Alexandra Dock Business Centre, Fisherman’s Wharf, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN31 1UL be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
