By way of written resolution on 10 February 2021 the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lindsay Farrer (IP No 9487) of Saint & Co.,Sterling House, Wavell Drive, Rosehill, Carlisle, CA1 2SA be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
