Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 September 2021 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Rikki Burton of Anderson Brookes Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 4th Floor Churchgate House, Bolton, BL1 1HL be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."

The appointment of Rikki Burton of Anderson Brookes Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 4th Floor Churchgate House, Bolton, BL1 1HL as Liquidator of the Company was rejected at a virtual meeting of creditors held on 20 September 2021 with Adam Price (IP No. 25050) of CMB Partners UK Limited, Craftwork Studios, 1-3 Dufferin Street, London, EC1Y 8NA and Steven George Hodgson (IP No. 13550) of BHP Corporate Solutions LLP, New Chartford House, Centurion Way, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, BD19 3QB being appointed as Joint Liquidators. The Joint Liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation."
