“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Henry Lan (IP No. 8188) and David Rubin (IP No. 2591) both of David Rubin & Partners, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”
