That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

The Company also passed the following ordinary resolution on 17 August 2022

That Tyrone Courtman of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Leicester, LE19 1SD and Karen Spears of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis.

The Joint Liquidators were appointed on 17 August 2022.
