“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Jonathan Botwood (IP No. 8965) of Muras Baker Jones, 3rd Floor, Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton, WV1 4EG be appointed Liquidator of the company for the purpose of the winding up."
