A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Leo Properties and Investments Limited (08399387) of Alexandra Business Park, Prescot Road, St. Helens WA10 3TP, Alexandra Business Park, Prescot Road, St. Helens WA10 3TP (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Buying and selling of own real estate, presented on Tuesday 25 June 2019, at 10:00 by THE KEITH DAVIDSON PARTNERSHIP LIMITED, of 13 Seymour Terrace, Seymour Street, Liverpool L3 5PE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the County Court at Liverpool Civil and Family Court, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool L2 2BX on Tuesday 13 August 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
