“That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Steve Markey and Michelle Elliot, both of Leonard Curtis, 2 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 1RW, (IP Nos 14912 and 22750) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company and the Liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally.”
