A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Bellarmine House, 14 Upper Church Street, Chepstow, Monmouthshire, NP16 5EX, presented on 19 September 2018 by PV KITS DIRECT LIMITED, Units 2,4 & 8 Vale Business Park, Ransomes Industrial Estate, Bluestem Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP3 9RR claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Birmingham Priory Courts, at 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS, on 19 November 2018, at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
