A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Lema Imports Limited (09510301) whose registered office is Marcus House, Longton, Stoke-On-Trent, ST3 5XA whose nature of business is wholesale trade, presented on 6 August 2019, at 10:00 by ARVEDI TUBI ACCIAIO SPA (A Company incorporated under the laws of Italy) of, Via Acquaviva, 3 26100 Cremona Cr Italy claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS on Monday 30 September 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
