At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 8 Warren Park Way, Enderby, LE19 4SA on 27 January 2021, the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) and Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 8 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
