Notice is hereby given that on 27 January 2021, Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 14 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ and Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 8 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named Company.

Notice is also hereby given that the Creditors of the above named company are required, on or before 10 March 2021, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 to Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 8 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA the Joint Liquidator of the said company.

If so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidator, creditors must provide any document or other evidence which the Joint Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
