At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory LLP, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL on 29 November 2019 at 10.00 am the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Anthony Lowe (IP No. 009513) and Nathan Jones (IP No. 9326) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
