Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (the “Rules”) that the Joint Administrators intend to declare a tenth interim dividend to unsecured, non-preferential creditors within two months from the last date of proving, being 19 February 2021. Such creditors are required on or before that date to submit their proofs of debt to the Joint Administrators, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, 7 More London Riverside, London SE1 2RT, United Kingdom, marked for the attention of Diane Adebowale or by email to uk_lehmanaffiliates@pwc.com.

Persons so proving are required, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documents or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Administrators to be necessary.

The Joint Administrators will not be obliged to deal with proofs lodged after the last date for proving but they may do so if they think fit.

Creditors who wish to have dividend payments made to another person or who have assigned their entitlement to someone else are asked to provide formal notice to the Joint Administrators.
