“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew John Waghorn (IP No. 009432) of Wilkins Kennedy, 92 London Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 4SJ and Anthony Malcolm Cork (IP No. 009401) of Wilkins Kennedy, Bridge House, London Bridge, London, SE1 9QR be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."
