“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Marco Piacquadio (IP No. 19910) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Studio L2A, 294 Witan Studios, Witan Gate, Milton Keynes, MK9 1EJ and Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
