A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Legacy Care Limited (10180785) of St Peter's Court, Spital Road, Maldon CM9 6LF, whose nature of business is Residential care activities for the elderly and disabled, presented on Friday 01 November 2019, at 10:00 by GREATER CARE LIMITED, of Clarence Chambers, 28 Clarence Street, Southend-on-sea, Essex SS1 1BD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Court in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 06 January 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
