At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, West Yorkshire, WF17 9EJ, on 10 January 2020, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Peter O’Hara (IP No. 6371) of O’Hara & Co, Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, WF17 9EJ be and is appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
