“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Freestone (IP No. 20170) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Pavilion House, 14-16 Bridgford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6AB and Mark Nicholas Ranson (IP No. 9299) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Third Floor, One Park Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS1 5HN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
