On 22 October 2021 the written resolutions of the shareholders were delivered to the proposed liquidator(s} of the Company.

The written resolutions, as detailed below, became effective on 22 October 2021:

i) That the Company be and it is hereby wound up voluntarily.

ii) That Siann Huntley and Andrew Beckingham of Leonard Curtis of Sophia House, 28 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company.

iii) That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office.

Resolution (i} being a Special Resolution and Resolutions (ii} and (iii) being Ordinary Resolutions .
