Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that a meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the David John Standish Joint Liquidator for the purpose of:

1. Considering whether any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the joint liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for time being holding the office in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986;

2. fixing the basis of remuneration of the Joint Liquidators; and

3. for the approval of category 2 disbursements to be charged in accordance with the firm’s policy.

The meeting will be held at KPMG LLP, Gateway House, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 3TG on 20 January 2017 at 11.00 AM.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting. creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs at KPMG LLP, Gateway House, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 3TG by 12.00 hours on the business day before the date fixed for the meeting.
