NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (as amended), that I, Tracy Mary Clowry (IP No 9562), the Liquidator of the above-named Company, intend declaring a First and Final Dividend for Creditors (All Claims) within two months of the last date of proving which is 21 January 2021. Creditors who have not already proved their debts are required, on or before 21 January 2021, to submit their proof of debt to me at Beesley Corporate Recovery, Astute House, Wilmslow Road, Handforth, Cheshire, SK9 3HP and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary.

Please note, that the Liquidator may make this final dividend without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.

A creditor who has not proved his debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt was proved.
