"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gavin Bates (IP No. 8983) of Smart Business Recovery Limited, The Old Rectory, Main Street, Glenfield, Leicester, LE3 8DG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
