By Written resolution of a majority of members, holding not less than 75% of the total voting rights of eligible members the following resolutions were passed on 9 March 2020, as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

"That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Martin Maloney and Anthony Milnes of Leonard Curtis, Leonard Curtis House, Elms Square, Bury New Road, Whitefield, Manchester M45 7TA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for he time being holding such office."

At a subsequent meeting Stephen Barry of Opus Restructuring LLP, 20 Chapel Street, Liverpool, L3 9AG and Colin Wilson of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ were appointed as Joint Liquidators by the Creditors on the same date.
