"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Dix (IP No. 009327) of LB Insolvency Solutions Limited, Swift House, Ground Floor, 18 Hoffmanns Way, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1GU be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
