Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 29 November 2021, as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tauseef A Rashid (IP No. 9718) and David Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them."

This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Tauseef A Rashid, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA.
