“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Price and Lane Bednash, both of CMB Partners UK Limited, Craftworks Studios, 1-3 Dufferin Street, London, EC1Y 8NA, (IP Nos. 25050 and 8882) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
