We, Mark Malone (IP No. 15970) and Gareth Prince (IP No. 16090) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 8th Floor, Temple Point, 1 Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5LG were appointed as Joint Administrators on 16 February 2018.

The Joint Administrators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company within two months from the last date for proving, which is 17 August 2020. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.

The creditors of the Company, unless they have already done so, are required on or before 17 August 2020 (“the last date for proving”) to deliver their proofs of debt to the Joint Administrators, whose contact details are below.
