This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the decision procedure Darren Wilson (IP No. 9518) of DKF Insolvency Limited, 3rd Floor, Princess Caroline House, 1 High Street, Southend on Sea, Essex, SS1 1JE (telephone number 01702 333 105), who was appointed by the members and creditors.

It is proposed that the following decisions be made: 1. That a liquidation committee be established if sufficient nominations are received. 2. That the Liquidator's fees be fixed by reference to the time given by him and his staff in attending to matters arising in the liquidation, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken subject to the increased fees estimate set out in the report prepared in connection with fee approval and issued with this notice of resolutions by correspondence.

The decision date is 23.59 hours on 21 December 2020.

All proofs of debt must be delivered by 4pm on 18 December 2020.

All voting forms must be delivered to the convenenr by 23.59 on 21 December 2020

Creditors who meet one or more of the statutory thresholds listed below may, within 5 business days from the date of the delivery of the Notice to creditors, require a physical meeting to be held to consider the matter.

Statutory thresholds to request a meeting: 10% in value of the creditors; 10% in number of the creditors; 10 creditors.

Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote.
