A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 6-8 Revenge Road, Lordswood, Chatham, Kent, ME5 8UD presented on 7 March 2019 by Layezy Limited acting by the trustees in bankruptcy of its sole shareholder - Philip Duffy and Allan Graham (trustees in bankruptcy of Michael John Stanley) of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG (the Petitioner) will be heard on 1 May 2019 at 10.30 am at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts, Insolvency and Companies List (Ch), The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
