Notice is hereby given by the joint liquidators of the company named above (in creditors voluntary liquidation) pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the liquidators intend to make an application to court pursuant to section 168 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for an order that certain funds held by the liquidators on trust for unidentified beneficiaries be paid into court.
