"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven John Parker (IP No. 8989) and Joanne Kim Rolls (IP No. 8867) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 322 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7PB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."
