Notice is hereby given that the Members of the LLP who (at the date of this Determination) would have been entitled to receive notice of, attend and vote at General Meetings, passed on 20 December 2016, the following Written Resolutions and said Determinations shall for all purposes be as valid and effective as if the same had passed at a General Meeting of the LLP duly convened and held:

“That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Engin Faik,(IP No. 9635) of Cornerstone Business Turnaround and Recovery Limited, 136 Hertford Road, Enfield, Middlesex EN3 5AX be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
