At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ on 11 June 2020, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) and Timothy John Edward Dolder (IP No. 9008) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 11 June 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Colin David Wilson and Timothy John Edward Dolder as Joint Liquidators.
