Notice is hereby given that the following determinations were in writing by the members of the LLP on 19 October 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary dertermination, respectively:

"That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Edward Robert Bines (IP No. 24730) and Edwin David Stanley Kirker (IP No. 8227) both of Kroll Advisory Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that they act jointly and severally”.
