At a general meeting of the Company convened and held at The Principal Grand Central Hotel, 99 Gordon Street, Glasgow, G1 3SF on 31 October 2018 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter James Anderson and Alan Fallows and Alessandro Sidoli, of Kay Johnson Gee Corporate Recovery Limited, 1 City Road East, Manchester, M15 4PN, (IP Nos 15336, 9567 and 14270) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation for the purposes of such winding up.”
