(Ordinary Resolution) That Robert Day and Lee James Cotton of Robert Day and Company Limited, The Old Library, The Walk, Winslow, Buckingham MK18 3AJ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.
