A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Brooks House, Debden Lane, Loughton IG10 2PD presented on the 11 September 2020 by TERRY HOLLINGSWORTH PAINTING & DECORATING LIMITED whose Registered Office is at School House, East Road, East Mersea CO5 8TQ claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 10 November 2020 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)
