A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Walbury House, 14 Dalton Court, Commercial Road, Darwen, Lancashire, England, BB3 0DG presented on 8 August 2019 by HAREWOOD ASSOCIATES LIMITED (IN ADMINISTRATION) acting by its Joint Administrators, Dean Watson and Paul Stanley of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 340 Deansgate, Manchester M3 4LY claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on 30 September 2019 at 10:00am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
