A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Landtrader (UK & Ireland) Limited (10016977) of The Software Centre, Tavistock Place, Sunderland SR11PB, previously of The Software Centre, Tavistock Place, Sunderland SR1 1PB, The Software Centre, Tavistock Place, Sunderland SR1 1PB (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Web portals, presented on Tuesday 11 February 2020, at 12:00 by THE JOINT LIQUIDATORS OF GOSPELWARE LTD, of Bulman House, Regent Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE3 3LS claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the County Court at Newcastle upon Tyne, Civic Centre, Barras Bridge, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 8QF on Tuesday 21 April 2020, at 14:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
