Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the Company held at 26 Deepdene Wood, Dorking, RH5 4BQ on 6 January 2020 at 11.30 am the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that R L H Knight (IP No. 002231) of Compass Financial Recovery and Insolvency, Global House, 1 Ashley Avenue, Epsom, KT18 5AD be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company."
