A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at Brook House, Brook House Terrace, Wigan, United Kingdom, WN1 3EZ, presented on 7 February 2020, by HANSON QUARRY PRODUCTS EUROPE LIMITED of The Ridge, Chipping Sodbury, Bristol, BS37 6WD, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 14 April 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
