At a Special Meeting of the members of the above named Company duly convened and held on 3 January 2019, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Gwinnutt (IP No. 8877) of Cirrus Professional Services, Unit E, Wyvern Court, Stanier Way, Wyvern Business Park, Derby, DE21 6BF be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding up the Company and that the said Simon Gwinnutt be and is hereby authorised to pay all classes of creditors in full and all such matters as described in Part I to Schedule 4 Insolvency Act 1986."
